GROUP EVENTS

Vertical Hold is the perfect place for all special occasions including team building events, field trips and birthday parties of all ages!

The Basics: We include all climbing equipment, belayers and event space for 2.5 hours total. 2 hours of climbing, with a 30 minute break for food or non-climbing activities. We will provide tables, tablecloths and chairs. Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages, although we cannot allow alcohol.

If guests wish to help belay, they must be belay certified by Vertical Hold. If space is available, we do offer belay classes on the hour. Please inquire for more information in the tab below and/or reserve a belay lesson.

Pricing: Our event package starts at $299 for a group of 8 climbers, and $30 for each additional climber, for a maximum of 12 climbers per event. There is no charge to attend as a viewer or belayer, but we will still ask for you to have completed a waiver to enter the gym.
*Parties above 12 climbers are subject to a Convenience Fee and must be preapproved by management.

Deposit: We will ask for a $75 deposit to confirm the booking. This fee will be applied to the cost of the party, and is fully refundable for up to one week before the event. (e.g. If the party was for Sat @10am, we would want to receive notice before Sat 10am the week before). We can offer no refunds for cancellations or changes within a week of the booking date/time.

Know-Before-You-Go: All climbers are encouraged to start checking in 15 minutes before the climbing begins. All climbers checking-in are required to have a completed waiver. All minors must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Important: All guests (including non-climbers) must have a complete current waiver to check-in and proceed past our front desk check-in area. Guests can fill out waivers on site, but all are strongly encouraged to fill out a waiver before arriving at the gym.

Reservations are mandatory and require 2 weeks advance notice.
